Philadelphia native Chef Jen Carroll is a widely experienced culinary professional known for her dynamic presence and innovative cooking. As a finalist in both “Top Chef” and its spinoff “Top Chef: All Stars,” Chef Jen rose to national prominence for her creativity, skill and engaging personality. Deeply credentialed in French and American cuisine, she honed her skills under the mentorship of celebrated executive Chef Eric Ripert at Le Bernardin, a Michelin three-star restaurant in New York City.

Currently, Chef Jen is the co-owner and chef of Spice Finch, a contemporary Mediterranean restaurant in Philadelphia that reflects her passion for bold global flavors. Her career also includes culinary consulting where she blends classic techniques with modern twists for unforgettable dining experiences.
