Karuna Rawal is the Chief Marketing Officer of Nature’s Fynd, a pioneering food tech company focused on creating and promoting sustainable, plant-based proteins. With a rich background in brand building and consumer marketing, Karuna leads the company’s marketing strategy, driving awareness and growth for Nature’s Fynd’s fungi-based products. Her biggest challenge is to create a market for the brand in the alternative protein space. The benefits of the company’s unique protein, Fy™, which is derived from a naturally occurring microbe found in volcanic springs are many. But overcoming consumer inertia and outright resistance is a big job.
Before joining Nature’s Fynd, Karuna held key leadership roles at major companies, including Procter & Gamble and Leo Burnett, where she developed a deep expertise in brand management and consumer engagement. Her ability to merge data-driven insights with creative storytelling has been central to building Nature’s Fynd’s reputation as a leader in sustainable food solutions. Karuna is passionate about environmental sustainability and innovative food technology.
