Last fall, Zoetis sales reps hand-delivered customer-curated gift packages to longtime (we’re talking, like, a decade long) customers of its genetic testing offering for CLARIFIDE® and CLARIFIDE® Plus in appreciation and recognition of their long-term loyalty and partnership.
The package included a custom-stitched flag featuring their farm name, location and the logo for CLARIFIDE. The gift also included a custom-painted Holstein or Jersey cow statuette reflecting the farm’s favorite and most-prized cow with a personalized engraved plaque. Alongside the personalized gifts, each customer received a handwritten thank-you note from the Zoetis Dairy leadership team and a $50 gift card from Domino’s Pizza®.
