Now, on the cusp of our fiftieth year as an agency, the 2023 Ignite Elevation Awards took us a long way to making Bader Rutter nationally known and noticed. We won B2B Agency of the Year, along with four other major awards for our agency while our client Becky Lambert from Zoetis earned Marketer of the Year.

It was a tremendously rewarding night. But more importantly, it was a proof point we’ve worked toward purposefully with initiatives like our Agency North Star, a focus on staffing, and an intentional approach to new business and agency growth.

Recognition is always rewarding. Agency of the Year? That’s another level. And one we’re very happy to achieve, thanks to our amazing people and singular clients.
