An exceptionally tasty product launch for V’DGZ!

We recently celebrated the launch of McCain Foodservice Solutions’ new line of plant and vegetable shareables V’DGZ (pronounced “veggies”) at an ultra-exclusive pop-up experience. The event at one of NYC’s hottest vegetarian restaurants drew influential food critics and influencers and featured one of the hottest chefs in the country, Chef Kwame Onwuachi.

An intimate guest list of twenty food and beverage media members, industry personalities and content creators gathered for a killer tasting menu featuring the V’DGZ line as interpreted by James Beard Award winner and cookbook author, Chef Kwame.

It was a playful evening of craveable dishes, lots of laughs, and layers and layers of flavors loved by all. And after three courses of six singular creations featuring Cauli W’ngz, Bruss’lz and Corn R’bz, there was hardly a crispy crumb left on the plates.
