MILWAUKEE — Greg Nickerson, CEO of Bader Rutter, was awarded The National Agri-Marketing Association’s (NAMA) 2017 Marketer of the Year. Nickerson was recognized for his innovative leadership, exceptional performance and outstanding contribution to the advancement of agriculture. With this award, Nickerson joins a respected group of marketing leaders. He will accept the award in Dallas on April 27 at the Agri-Marketing Conference.
NAMA, the nation’s largest professional association for professionals in marketing and agribusiness, recognizes this award as the most prestigious honor awarded to an active member of the association and honors outstanding accomplishments in the field of agrimarketing. Nickerson has been an active member for three decades.
For the past decade, Bader Rutter has been the country’s largest agricultural marketing agency. Through Nickerson’s three decades of leadership, he has positioned the agency for continued growth and success. The agency has nearly doubled in size since 2010 and is now home to 250 employees serving not just agriculture but other industries including food, software, building products, furniture and insurance.
