MILWAUKEE — For the fourth year in a row, Bader Rutter was ranked in the top 10 midsized companies in southeastern Wisconsin, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Top Workplaces program. Bader Rutter is one of just 32 employers named a Top Workplace all four years of the program. In addition, Bader Rutter CEO Greg Nickerson received a special recognition for leadership.
“It’s an honor to have Bader Rutter appear once again in the top 10. It’s a reflection of the great company culture we’ve all worked together to develop,” Nickerson says. “The Top Workplaces survey results prove that we have a passionate team in place at all levels throughout our organization. It’s great to know we’re on the right track.”
Bader Rutter also was compared with other marketing and branding firms across the United States by the survey distributor WorkplaceDynamics and scored above average in all six measurement categories. The agency scored particularly high — 19 percent above average — in the Direction category, which was based on statements such as “I am confident in the leader of Bader Rutter,” “Bader Rutter operates by strong values and ethics” and “Bader Rutter is going in the right direction.”
Here is a sampling of the positive responses submitted by Bader Rutter’s associates that illustrate the continued success of the agency: “[The management team members] are open and listen. You don’t ever feel like they are too important to approach.” “Bader Rutter cares about the work they do and how it is received by others; passion shines through.”
Winners of the Journal Sentinel Top Workplaces program were announced during a breakfast ceremony at the Italian Community Center on May 17.
