Bader Rutter Adds Greve as CMO to Promote Brand, Help Manage Continued Growth

MILWAUKEE — Full-service agency Bader Rutter & Associates has hired Ryann Greve as its chief marketing officer to oversee new business development and promote the agency’s brand. Greve joins Bader Rutter as it continues to record consistent revenue growth — which CEO Greg Nickerson is looking to accelerate with Greve’s help.

“This is an exciting time for Bader Rutter,” Nickerson said. “We are attracting blue chip clients, growing our business by 60 percent. With Ryann, we’ve hired someone who has worked in our target markets for most of her career. She will provide valuable insights to help continue the success of our new business efforts.”

With her corporate and agency experience, Greve is tailor-made for the CMO position. She has served in senior marketing roles at Case New Holland, Harley-Davidson, Life Fitness, HSBC, Discover Financial Services and Manning Selvage and Lee Public Relations. Additionally, she brings a strong business background, with an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (in addition to a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the Medill School at Northwestern).

“With Bader Rutter’s history of success and recent accelerations in business growth, now is an exciting time to join the team,” Greve said. “The potential within this agency is inspiring. I am looking forward to providing opportunities for our associates to unleash their talents for new clients. Those clients will discover our team understands their target audiences and will produce results.”

Bader Rutter, named one of the 5,000 fastest-growing U.S. companies according to Inc. magazine, is headquartered in Milwaukee, with additional offices in Chicago and Lincoln, Neb. This year, The Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee ranked Bader Rutter the largest advertising agency in metropolitan Milwaukee by number of employees. Learn more at www.baderrutter.com.
