Events Coordinator

Our events coordinator will oversee the planning and execution of a variety of agency and client-related events.

Responsibilities

-Coordinate and communicate with key internal teams

-Provide clients with meeting room set-up, audio/visual equipment requirements and meal planning on a timely basis.  

-Provide central source of communications for employees attending meetings and events.

-Be proactive in researching and implementing meeting process improvements.

-It is an essential function of this job that you arrive at your designated office location on-time, and ready to work your scheduled hours which may vary depending on client needs. Regular office hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

-Must have own transportation for various event set up and errands

 

Qualifications

-Candidates should have a demonstrated track record in a support role, ideally 1-3 years of professional event planning experience.

-Ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Communications or Hotel Restaurant Management with an energetic, outgoing and professional personality.

-Ability to work some evenings/weekends when necessary (will be compensated for any overtime)

Digital Producer

If you are an experienced digital production manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join Bader Rutter's growing digital team. This person will be responsible for coordinating the activities of designers, developers, the account team and clients throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

-In conjunction with the digital solutions team and our account managers, ensure that work is delivered on time and to budget. You will be responsible for the overall success of the projects you work on.

-Coordinate the activities of designers, developers, the account team and clients throughout the production process: briefing production requirements, responding to queries and providing clarifications, determine the size and scope of digital projects, identifying which staff needs to go to client meetings, ensuring everyone is motivated and supported to deliver on time, etc.

-Plan, organize and prioritize an ever-growing project list by developing goals and targets to ensure everyone accomplishes the work in hand but also mindful that the buck stops with you.

-In conjunction with a client lead, help guide the client throughout the entire production process, being the day to day contact, engaging them, running status meetings, helping them make decisions, proposing and enforcing sign offs, and responding to ad hoc queries and issues that arise throughout the production process

-Troubleshoot projects and intuit when to escalate issues and when to sort them out personally. Resolving problems that arise during the production process by acting as liaison for all stakeholders and team members.

-Produce project status reports and updates for internal use and client review
